We ship to the majority of areas all over Egypt.
We have free shipping on all orders over 350 EGP.
Shipping expenses depend on the area you live in. The price will be shown to you before submitting the purchase during the checkout process.
If you live in Cairo or Giza, the shipping may take 3-5 business days. However, if you live in another area ( Alexandria, Ismailia, Mansoura ..etc.) , it may take 5 -7 business days for the parcel to reach you. Please keep in mind that times of delivery can be affected by the busy seasons, which may cause a slight delay during such period.
If your item is taking too long to arrive, please contact us, and we will immediately offer you a solution.

Warranty
Goods with defects regarding the model or printing quality must be informed within a maximum period of up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product. After this period, the product won't be eligible for exchange or refund. Cover design always search for solutions in the shortest time possible, thanks to the aim of our Customer Service team to minimize any inconveniences that a customer can encounter.

Cover design has a team of professionals who work from Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, except holidays.
