We are looking for a patient, outgoing and helpful communicator who provides great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. He/she will demonstrate a keen awareness of the store environment by ensuring she always remains approachable and welcoming.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals
  • Confidently provide the customer with product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales
  • Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating the latest trends and current promotions
  • Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floor sets, markdown optimization, and replenishment systems
  • Increasing, attracting, and attracting more customers
  • Achieving sales goals
  • Achieving a continuous balance between demand and supply for sales, which may include merchandise, goods, and services
  • Building and forming good relationships with clients and understanding their strategies
  • Maintaining good relationships with important clients

What you need

  • Proactive, passionate, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels
  • 2+ years hands-on experience in Business Development or Sales Executive role
  • Good collaborative skills and a team player
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast‐paced and deadline‐oriented environment
  • Good in English.
  • Data entry skills
